Returns & Exchanges

At Glamping Gear, we want you to look and feel your best on your next outdoor adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your gear in its original mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
